50 years ago, Shenzhen was a small village. There weren’t any tall buildings. Everything was very poor.

Twenty years ago, many people came to Shenzhen from all over the country. You could see a lot of people and shops in Dongmen. It was very noisy there every day. You even could have Mc. in Dongmen.

Fifteen years ago, Shenzhen became much noisier. You could see a lot of people, shops, restaurants and companies in the streets. People did different jobs in Shenzhen. But there was not much traffic.

Ten years ago, Shenzhen became a city of tourism. There were lots of visitors from all the country every year.

Now, more than 10 million people live and work in Shenzhen. It is more beautiful and famous.

There are many wonderful places in Shenzhen. Shennan Road is the most famous road. It is wide and clean. Especially in festivals, there are lots of beautiful flowers and colorful lights. Diwang Building is one of the tallest buildings in Shenzhen. Happy valley is famous, too. Every year, they affiance a lot of people from all over the world. Now, Shenzhen becomes a big international city. There are many international meetings and fairs held in Shenzhen.

Oh, Shenzhen people believe they can do everything well. And they love their city and hate aggressor.
